Surrounded by nature and energised by healthy vegetarian food, the yoga is designed to revitalise the body and mind, and the massage to nurture and unwind, all of which will help restore balance to mind and body.

Retreat occupancy is kept small so each person gets the attention and care they need during yoga practice and beyond.​

The retreat includes accommodation, up to 2 classes a day of Yoga (attendees may choose if they join all classes each day), a wonderful massage and homemade vegetarian food.

Location

Hosted in an 18^th Centruly Masia (traditional Spanish house),which has been beautifully maintained with its original architectural style and features, but modernised sufficiently for full comfort. At the house you will find many comfortable bedrooms, several fully equipped bathrooms, a fabulous garden including a luxurious swimming pool. There are multiple common areas where you can socialise or relax.

Set in beautiful fields and forests, with views Les Gavarres Mountains (situated in a natural reserve), here, you will find absolute peace and tranquillity.

The Masia is located in Celrà – Girona in North Catalunya  (Spain). Only 1 hour from Barcelona, and 20 minutes from Girona airport (but not on the flight path).
