With the end of summer approaching, why not spend this Sunday at the last Piknic festival of the year. In addition to the exceptional lineup of live DJs from the international scene, a host of games and activities and street markets can be expected throughout the day.

Until 22:00, the Sunset Hour takes place which is the ideal time to stroll through the market or chill in the picnic area.

Location:

The entrance to the festival is located in Plaça de la Sardana. In terms of getting there, public transport is advisable as the surrounding area can be accessed by both metro and bus.

• The No.150- Parc/Montjuïc bus will take you directly to the Plaça de la Sardana stop. For more information regarding bus times, check the TMB website. http://www.tmb.cat/en/linies-de-metro
• The Piknic is also only a short walk from the Paral·lelmetro station, which can be reached on both L2 and L3.

Food and drink:

With plenty of grassy areas providing breathtaking views of the city, it is the idyllic setting to enjoy a picnic with friends and family. Whilst you´re welcome to bring your own food and drink, Piknic offers some of Barcelona´s greatest selection of street food including: Eureka Street Food, Masala73, Skye Coffee, La Patatera, Love Food Truck, Grand Shawarma and Ham On Wheels.

Top Tips:

• If you lose anything during your time at Piknic festival, email info@piknicelectronik.es describing the lost object. Any unclaimed items will be given to charity.
• Do not bring pets or animals as they will not be allowed within the Piknic Festival enclosure.
• If you decide to bring non-alcoholic beverages, bottles that exceed 500 mls will not be allowed. All aluminium tins and glass bottles are prohibited.
