Audio Visual Mapping

Casa Batlló, the architectural masterpiece of creativity  Antoni Gaudí, was declared a World Heritage by UNESCO ten years ago. Casa Batlló will be sharing an audiovisual projection on its facade, with the entire city of Barcelona. This is both to commemorate this anniversary and as a special participation in the festival of La Mercè.  All the symbols and interpretations that inspired Antoni Gaudí when creating this artwork will be revealed.

The façade of the Casa Batlló has many architectural details that express magical allegories. They will all be represented  in this unique mapping on the 23rd September.

The Casa Batlló is the only building that represents the legend of Saint George – and its roof istopped with a representation of a colourful scaly dragon. What are the prizes?
All photos submitted between 1st-22nd Sept that meet the contest´s requirements, will be projected on the building’s façade of the Casa Batlló on the night of Sept 23rd. The prize for the most creative and compelling photography is a dinner for two in Casa Batllo´s amazing loft, a spectacular  venue that you will never forget!
