Brunch & Cake

Cronuts, cupcakes, and coffee… Oh my! The business that started as Cup & Cake now offers a full brunch menu at Brunch & Cake. The philosophy of this little shop remains the same: “In Grandmothers We Trust.” Everything is made by hand with lot´s of love, just like your grandmother would make it. This brunch is more than a meal, it is an experience alltogether. Insider tip: try to save room for the mouthwatering dessert from their handmade bakery, it´s a must!

Picnic

From fresh pancakes to huevos rancheros with a chipotle bloody mary, it´s impossible not to love this brunch spot. This trendy cafe is located in the heart of El Born, just a few minutes away from Park de la Ciutadella and the Arc de Triomph. The menu is inspired by American-southern cuisine with a Spanish twist. It can be a bit crowded for brunch on the weekends, but luckily they do take reservations. So, be sure to reserve your spot and get ready for the best picnic you´ve ever had.

Federal Cafe

If you´ve ever experienced brunch in Australia, you´ll know what it means that this cafe is run by an Aussie duo. They brought their Aussie spirit from down under and they´re the best in the business. With three stories and an open terrace, this cafe was one of the first to open on the trendiest of all trendy streets–Parlament street. The natural lighting and friendly service guarantee a great brunch for all. Not to mention, the menu is fabulous. Just one Federal Cafe wasn´t enough for the brunch-lovers of Barcelona, so they recently opened a new location in the Gothic quarter.
